this caricature is by Haroon. He is a caricaturist for Al khaleej newspaper, from what I understood here, he is pointing to the fact that many parents don't have the least idea as to what's on their children hands. So damn true.
I can't believe some parents who provide their children with a DSL and a computer device or smartphones and leave them without any supervision.
